Ingredients
  • 4 lb pork shoulder
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into chunks (optional)
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tortillas
  • Optional toppings
  • Lime wedges
  • Onions, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Cut the pork shoulder into 1-inch slices and season with salt and pepper
  2. Combine meat with 1 jar (16 oz) Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce
  3. Marinate and refrigerate the meat for 15 to 20 minutes and up to 24 hours (optional)
  4. Grill or pan fry pork until done
  5. Grill pineapple (optional)
  6. Make thin slices of the pork
  7. Assemble tacos with your choice of toppings; onions, cilantro, lime juice, grilled pineapple

Ingredients
  • 2 lb white fish
  • 1/4 jar (4 oz) Patricia Quintana Achiote Sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 can (8 oz) refried beans
  • Big flour tortillas
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Pickled onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
  1. Season fish with salt and pepper
  2. Combine fish with orange juice and 1/4 jar (4 oz) Patricia Quintana Achiote Sauce. (Optional: Marinate and refrigerate the meat for 15 to 20 minutes and up to 24 hours)
  3. Grill fish
  4. Using two forks shred the fish and allow it to marinate in the liquid until ready to serve
  5. Assemble burritos: spread a layer of beans on the tortilla, add shredded fish
  6. Add preferred toppings: pickled onions, avocado

  • 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup tortilla strips or chips (optional)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Optional toppings
  • 1 can (12 oz) black beans
  • Red onion, diced
  • Sour cream
  • Dressing

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Combine chicken with 1/4 jar (4 oz) Patricia Quintana Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce. (Optional: Marinate and refrigerate the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes and up to 24 hours)
  3. Grill the chicken until done

Instructions
  1. Cut the pork into 1 inch cubes
  2. Coat meat with Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Grill or fry the pork for 10 to 12 minutes, or until done
  4. Chop the meat
  5. Assemble quesadilla:
    • Warm 1 flour tortilla on a skillet and top it with cheese and cooked pork
    • Put another tortilla on top
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden

  • 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese blend (or similar)
  • Sour cream

  • Patricia Quintana Extra Spicy Jalapeño Salsa
Instructions
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Combine chicken with 1/ 4 jar (4 oz) Patricia Quintana Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce
  3. Marinate and refrigerate the pork for 15 to 20 minutes and up to 24 hours (optional)
  4. Place meat and marinade into the Instant Pot
  5. Cover and secure the lid
  6. Choose manual or pressure cook, then high pressure and set the time for 30 minutes.
  7. When the time is up, allow for the natural release of pressure
  8. Shred the meat with two forks (right in the bowl)
  9. Warm the tortillas until soft.
  10. Spoon about 2 tbsp of the pork into a line at one end of a tortilla
  11. Tightly roll it up and secure it with a toothpick
  12. Fried Option: add oil to a skillet and heat to medium high and fry the rolled taquitos in small batches until golden and crispy on all sides
    Baked option: Preheat oven to 425° F and bake taquitos for 15-20 minutes until shells are crispy.
  13. Serve with your choice of toppings: cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and avocado
