Tostadas shells, small corn tortillas or tacos shells
Patricia Quintana Pineapple and Habanero Salsa

Instant pot: 25 min on HIGH
Shred the meat
Assemble tostadas and top with shredded cheese.
For an extra kick add Patricia Quintana Pineapple and Habanero Salsa.
