1 Ham of 8-11 pounds
2 bottles of Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing
1 can of slices of pineapple
Cloves
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the ham with Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing and season with salt and
pepper (refrigerate for 6-12 hours).
Preheat the oven at 350 F degrees.
In a baking sheet put the ham with all its liquids, make diagonal cuts, add the pineapple and cloves
on top.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden adding Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing constantly so it
doesn’t dry.
Serve with the vegetables of your choice.
