8 Pork Sausages
1 cup Beef Stock
1 bottle Patricia Quintana® Chipotle Salsa
1 medium Onion, sliced
2 Apples, sliced
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Avocado Oil

Fry sausages in a dash of avocado oil over medium heat until
brown and cooked, remove.
In the same pan caramelize the onions, then add the apple slices.
Continue frying until both turn golden.
Return the sausages to the pan and pour the Patricia Quintana®
Chipotle Salsa, let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
