1 Turkey of 8-12 pounds
1 bottle of Patricia Quintana® Achiote Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

COOK 3 Hours
SERVINGS 8-10
Rinse and dry with a paper towel.
Marinate with Patricia Quintana ® Achiote Sauce and season with salt and pepper in a baking bag.
Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
Place the turkey in the baking bag with all its liquids.
Bake for 3 hours or until it’s fully cooked.
Serve with the vegetables of your choice.
