2 boneless chicken breast
8 Flour Tortillas
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese / Cheddar Cheese
Cilantro (optional)
Patricia Quintana Pineapple and Habanero Salsa

Cut the chicken breast into stripes
Coat chicken with Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce
Add salt and pepper to taste
Grill or fry the chicken for 4 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
Assemble quesadilla:
Place a flour tortilla on a skillet and top it with cheese and cooked chicken, put another tortilla on top.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden.
Optional garnish: pinch of cilantro
Top it with Patricia Quintana Pineapple and Habanero Salsa for a kick.
