Al Pastor Fish Tostadas


Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce

2 lb of your favorite fish



Tostada shells or small corn tortillas or taco shells

Roasted pineapple (optional)

Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Onion, diced (optional)

Lime  (optional)

  1. Coat fish with Patricia Quintana Al Pastor Sauce 
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Grill or pan fry it for 4 to 8 minutes, or until the fish is done.
  4. Assemble tostadas**
  5. Optional garnish: roasted pineapple, sprinkling of cilantro, onion, and lime 
  6. For an authentic Mexican flavor top with Patricia Quintana Pineapple and Habanero Salsa. 


**How to make tostadas shells

  1. Spray corn tortillas on both sides with oil based cooking spray.
  2. Lay the tortillas in a single layer on top of a greased sheet pan.  
  3. Lightly sprinkle with salt 
  4. Bake them at 400°F for 5 minutes.  
  5. Flip them over and bake them for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are crisp
