1 Boneless chicken breast
1 bottle Patricia Quintana® Passion Fruit Dressing
8-10 Butter Lettuce leaves
1 avocado, sliced
1 leek
Diced red onion
Avocado oil

Cut the boneless chicken breast into strips. Marinate the breast with the Patricia Quintana® Passion Fruit Dressing, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
In a hot skillet, cook the chicken until golden brown.
Cut the leek into thin strips and fry in avocado oil or put in the air fryer with avocado oil, until crisp, light brown.
To serve: Assemble the tacos with the lettuce leaves, the chicken, the avocado slices, the chopped onion and the fried leek.
