Mexican Pork
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper to taste
Coat the pork loin with Patricia Quintana Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce
Cut the pork loin into big pieces and place them in a slow cooker
Pour more Patricia Quintana Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce on top
Cook until soft: 6-8 hours on LOW OR 4 hours on HIGH
Shred the meat
Stir in the meat juices
Spread the inside of both hamburger buns with butter (optional)
Toast the buns
Spoon pork into the buns
Optional garnish: lettuce, tomato and onions
