8 oz couscous
2 carrots
3 tomatoes
Green onion
3 tablespoon fresh mint
3 tablespoon of Fresh parsley
1 bottle Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing

Bring water to boil and follow the Couscous box instructions.
Wash and disinfect the vegetables and greens.
Cut the carrots and tomatoes in small squares.
Chop finely the green onion, mint and parsley.
Mix them with the couscous.
Serve with Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing.
