½ cup of chopped chives
1 jar of Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing
3 avocados, peeled and cut in halves
Lettuce , well washed and disinfected
Salt to taste

In a bowl combine crab, chives and Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing, and refrigerate.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on the platter and place the avocado filled with crab salad.
Drizzle with more dressing
