Mango and Avocado Ceviche

Ingredients

3 avocados

5 pieces mango 

30 pieces of shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked in boiling water for 2 minutes

Cilantro finely chopped 

1 jar of Patricia Quintana® Passion Fruit Dressing

Ground black pepper

Salt

Instructions

Cut the avocados  and mangos in cubes. 

In a plate mix the shrimps with the avocado and the mangoes, add Patricia Quintana® Passion Fruit Dressing and garnish with cilantro.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
