1 cup of Patricia Quintana Achiote Sauce
2 lbs of raw and peeled shrimp
Salt and Pepper
1/3 cup juice of one orange

1 can of beans
Avocado (Optional)
Pickled onions, sliced (Optional)
Cilantro, chopped (Optional)

Mix Patricia Quintana Achiote Sauce and orange juice and marinate the shrimps, add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake, grill, pan fry or air fry until cooked (5 – 7 minutes)
Assemble tacos: put some beans on the tortilla and shrimps on top.
Garnish: sliced avocado, pickled onion, and cilantro.
