Tomahawk steak

Ingredients

1 Tomahawk steak

1 bottle Patricia Quintana Soy and Lime Dressing

Salt and pepper to taste 

1 bottle Patricia Quintana Three Chiles  Salsa

Portobello mushroom



PREP 5 min
COOK TIME 40 min
SERVINGS 4 people

Instructions

  1. Heat grill on highest or prepare charcoal grill.
  2. Pat steak with paper towels.  
  3. Marinate steak with Patricia Quintana Soy and Lime dressing (at least 2 hours)
  4. Season with salt and pepper. 
  5. Sear steak on high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, doing nice grill marks.
  6. Move steak to indirect heat (for 10-25 minutes)until desired doneness. 
  7. Allow steak to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve. Slice the steak.
  8. Heat a tortilla and make tacos.
  9. Serve with Three Chiles  Salsa.
  10. Enjoy with a grilled Portobellos mushrooms.
