Chef Patricia Quintana ships nationwide in the US, including to P.O. boxes. All orders ship via FedEx or USPS.
We strive to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days. Once picked up by the carrier, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery.
For order or address changes, email contact@chefpatriciaquintana.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Our team will try our best to accommodate all requests. If we have already shipped your order, you will be responsible for contacting the carrier to re-route the shipment.

Returns

At this time, Chef Patricia Quintana does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our team at contact@chefpatriciaquintana.com. Pictures are always welcome and help us best address your concerns!
