Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

1 boneless chicken breast

1 bunch of Lettuce

4 flour tortillas

5 oz of cheese

2 tomatoes

½ onion

2 avocados

1 bottle  Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing

6 slices of fried bacon

Chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken breast with the Patricia Quintana® Soy & Lime Dressing, leave in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. 
  • In a hot skillet, cook the chicken breast (4 minutes on each side) taking care that it does not dry out, if necessary, add more dressing.
  • Heat the flour tortillas, add a layer of avocado, lettuce, sliced  tomato, onion,  marinated chicken, bacon and cheese. 
  • Fold each wrap in a square; cut in half.
  • Serve with coriander. 

NOTE: Serve with your favorite Patricia Quintana® Salsa.
