Marinate the ham with Patricia Quintana® Honey Mustard Dressing and season with salt and pepper (refrigerate for 6-12 hours).
Preheat the oven at 350 F degrees.
In a baking sheet put the ham with all its liquids, make diagonal cuts and add the orange slices.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden adding Patricia Quintana® Honey Mustard Dressing constantly so it doesn’t dry.
Serve with the vegetables of your choice
