1 lb beef filet sliced
1 bottle of Patricia Quintana® Sesame & Ginger Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Loaf, rustic or rye bread, cut into slices
½ onion fileted

COOK 10 Mins
Marinate the meat with the Patricia Quintana® Sesame & Ginger Dressing.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high and fry the sliced onions, sear the filet for 2-3 minutes on both sides (or until desired doneness) .
To serve: On a bread slice, place a layer of avocado then the meat, drizzle with Sesame & Ginger Dressing. Add the arugula, the onion and more dressing if desired.
