Shrimp Aguachile

Ingredients

Aguachile Marinade:

1 lb  raw Shrimp 

1/2 cup fresh Lime juice ( 4 limes)

Salt and pepper to taste 

Patricia Quintana® Roasted Habanero Salsa to taste 

 

Garnishes:

Tostadas

Avocado slices

Cilantro 

¼ of a Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Wash, peel and devein the shrimp.

In a bowl place the shrimp and squeeze the lime juice, add the red onion, salt, pepper and a drizzle of Patricia Quintana Roasted Habanero Salsa. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

To serve: sprinkle cilantro on top.

TIP: You can prepare shrimp tostadas with avocado on top.
