5 oz of goat cheese
8 oz of cooked Penne pasta
1 bottle Patricia Quintana® Honey Mustard Dressing
4 oz of cranberries

Boil the water, add the pasta and follow the instructions from the package until it’s al dente. Allow to cool.
Peel the tangerines and cut into wedges.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add Patricia Quintana® Honey Mustard Dressing.
