Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 F
Marinate chicken with Patricia Quintana Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Place chicken in the oven for 10 minutes at 450 F
Reduce heat to 350 F and bake until internal temperature reaches 165 F (approximately 20 min per pound)
Ready to serve
