Marinate the ham with Patricia Quintana® Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce and season with salt and
pepper (refrigerate for 6-12 hours).
Preheat the oven at 350 F degrees.
In a baking sheet put the ham with all its liquids, make diagonal cuts.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden adding Patricia Quintana® Chile Ancho & Plum Sauce
constantly so it doesn’t dry.
Serve with the vegetables of your choice.
